Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Stock Items: You may return stock items within 14 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Stock items are those that are pre-made and readily available for purchase on our website.

  2. Built to Order or Custom Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are built to order or customized according to your specifications. These items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return for eligible stock items, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer support team at info@habitatkits.ca within 14 days of the purchase date to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide you with an RA number if your return is eligible.

  2. Packaging: Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in new and unused condition. Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and any other included items.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.

  4. Return Authorization (RA) Number: Clearly write the RA number provided by our customer support team on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number.

Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned item(s) in new condition, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return. We will inspect the item(s) and verify their condition before issuing a refund.

Refund:

If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
